To book your appointment online:

• You must be a patient of our family practice

• You must have a Medeo account. This is the same account used to access the secure portal containing messages and requisitions sent by your family doctor and it is linked to the email address that you have provided our office. If you do not have a Medeo account, please call our office at 905 294 2290 to receive an invitation.

• Every patient needs their own account using a different email, you cannot book for someone else or the appointment will get rejected.

• We are offering both regular in-person and telephone appointment bookings. For PAPs, injections, well-baby visits or prenatal visits please call the office at 905 294 2290
